This week I started trying to be more active with my reading (and watching, but we’ll focus on reading here) and Andy has joined me. We have a set of gel pens and a journal and as we read, we stop and draw doodles, or write down a quote, or make a note of something to look up. Then we go back to reading. My hope is by the end of the year I have a journal full of book memories and maybe I’ll actually be able to remember what I’ve read throughout the year.
